We do not directly collect or save information you send to us from this website ourselves (via our email), unless you plan on becoming our client. In which case information will be collected and stored:

- Your information (including project files) will either be securly disposed of
OR transfered to DVD for secure storage for up to 2 years at your own expense.

We do however use Third Party services which may collect, use and store your information; they operate independently of us and in most cases we have no control over their use of your information and cannot be held liable or accountable for their use or misuse of your information. In other words: use at your own risk! If you do not agree to their terms, please discontinue using any portion of our website that is directly effected by them.

We Will Never Ask For Your:
- Security Information (passwords, SIN, SSN, ID, etc.). The ONLY exception is you must send us the security question and answer you used when sending us payments via online banking / Interac so we can deposit your payment into our account.
- Credit Card Information. The third party services we use (PayPal) may request this information; be sure to read their policies and guidelines before submiting any such information to them.

Any information transmitted between you and us that is in our control (such as a message sent directly to us) will be held in strict confidence, will not be sold or knowingly made available to a third party without your express permission; we expect you to honor the same with our information.
